A Plate Block of Canada 249, plate number 19, is a relatively low value item. I am just curious if the Canadian experts can tell me if I have two "pips" and whether that is normal for the issue.

Thanks for posting your examples. The Pips are in the general location of one of mine, so at least that is confirmed.

I also see how some Plate numbers are also listed as existing with cracked plates. They are all in the LL position, and not mentioned for Plate 19. I have some small marks in the second pip area, but none that I would immediately call plate cracks.

I hope that others have some examples too.
