Posted this once before, this time a better picture. It is a perf 12 and looks like type 1. Afraid to send it for verification. Any opinions. Was found in my father- in - laws collection.

Hi Dale,
Is it just me, or does it look like the top margin is higher on the right side than the left, and on the lower margin just the opposite?

Doesn't look parallel to me at all.

Hope this is helpful, Ray

It is higher on the top, I was thinking not centered on paper?

The straight edges do not look parallel to each other.

Dale, you posted as I was typing. No, I don't believe that would be the reason.

I have to take a better pic. I don't think the iPad was straight above the stamp.

It's better to use a flat bed scanner than trying to take a picture with a phone or ipad.

Perforated vertically is Scott 322 and type II.

Also as others said, the straight edges are not parallel and as it seems not even straight.

The top left edge curves upward... it was cut by a scissor and the right side appears reperfed... possibly a LR from a 319g

Under higher magnification the top edge will appear jagged and not cut by BEP slitting machine,
while the lower edge is a perfectly straight and sharp cut
