Well ;I think The propaganda theory is is conceivable.Who exactly
Overprinted these; that's a moot question.They were not overprinted
with just anything;It's a Symbol. The stamp series for the most part are Sun yat Sen 1947-48 types.
I think it would be hasty too dismiss a theory on the grounds that
it may be unbeleivable...

I think it is much more likely that these overprints are made by someone "trying to make a buck" with very little effort or expense.

I think is posible somebody invent this overprint, but is posible too is a private overprint in taiwan. Im going to send the images to a chinese forum or club, and I wait for an answer. If I have news ill write again.
