I wish I would've tried to Plate this stamp sooner... This stamp looks to me like it's an F Relief, from position 95L4.

Yes, it is. I suppose you would want to slap me if I told you that I was the guy in second place.

I say to avoid PSE certs and PSAG certs every chance I get. Just another reason why...

Thanks for confirming! Ugh, I just wish I would've tried to plate the stamp sooner(was busy & outta town). I guess I already have a #19. Too bad for seller, great find for buyer. I wonder if buyer will ever even know what the stamp actually is!

I suppose I might as well share this:

I am sure the buyer knew because he wouldn't have paid that for a creased #22. I was going to resell it but got outsniped!

I think the stamp screamed out #19. No excuse for PSAG getting it wrong.

Yeah, I suppose the other bidder also knew. Had I known what it was, I would've been in at least $500. That's what I get for being lazy I guess; not the first time I've done that.

I let a really nice #8 get away from me a while ago. It was so stupid that I won't forget it as long as I live.

I see the other bidder's history has only 1 bid; this stamp. So I'm sure he/she probably did know what they were buying.

I hear ya there! I've missed out on good stuff, because I was working or just plain forgot. Now I make sure I set my alarm, about 5 minutes before auction ends. I've also missed out on good stuff, trying to snipe bid on my mobile. Definitely wanted to throw my mobile off a cliff!

The thing here is that there is really enough there, at the bottom, such that anyone who knows the 1c stamp at all, can tell that its a Ty Ia, without even plating it.

This, just by knowing the distribution of 1c's, and where they are incomplete. This is obviously an F-relief, bottom row Plate 4 stamp. The only non-Ia options would be 91R and 96R, and its easy to eliminate them quickly, knowing that the outer lower left plume on 91R is very incomplete, and 96R has a curl in the C of CENT.

edit: and I guess to complete this thought, you know its not a 6th row F relief, because the scrolls at the bottom are way too complete for the 6th row.
