Hello. Can anyone help identify if this is a Special Delivery US E13 or E16? I have a full sheet of 50 and was hoping it was the better E13. Any help is appreciated. Thank you, Robert

How easy is it to look ant a stamp and determine if it is Flat Plate or rotary press. I looked at the glossary terms and understand how the two are printed but don't know if there is an easy way to determine which is which when looking at a stamp.
