This is an-ok centered copy of RV6, which has a catalog value of about a buck fifty.

It's a used example, as it has writing on the back.

This is a pretty common stamp, either mint or used.

Why is the seller asking multiples of catalog for a common stamp?

And who says it's a "stunning gem"?

A comparable example is available for far, far less.

See below.

Grading fever, maybe. Mehh.

Jim

Or "exploit the unwary" perhaps?

Seller seems to be mostly postal history and a lot of foreign. Could be that he just doesn't know.
