2 Chinese Stamps That I Can't Identify

Hello
I failed to find these in my catalogs.
The left one, the green, was probably issued on 1952, but where: Main China? One of the provinces? Local stamp?
The one on the right was issued on 1932-3 without overprint.
I couldn't find the overprinted version.
Any remark is welcomed.

The green one goes behind the People's Republic listings, is from East China.

The 20c is a Japanese Occupation issue for North China. In Scott, those are behind China proper (I think)
