It would be a big help if you can tell us or show us the stamp, not just the back so we know what we are talking about. Two more hints. A scan would be better than a photo, and please try to use a black background

It still looks like a transfer from a cover. You may want to examine the "thin" paper to see if it is a foldover. Try lightly wetting and see if it comes off or fold back over correctly.

Here is a direct link to an earlier thread where I couldn't see the fold over for a few minutes. I had to look twice.
