Hi guys...Cant remember where I read something about the Quebec Carnival Snow man "Frisbee in hand"...Any one know where I can get info on this oddity and why it is NOT classified as a variety..?

The 2003 Darnell catalogue lists it (p 141) and the 2005 Canadian Philatelic E.F.O.'s catalogue does too as an inconsistent variety (p 49). The Unitrade catalogue doesn't list inconsistent varieties so its not there.

Robert, in your post you called it an "oddity". These are usually not covered in a general catalog. As we have mentioned before this would make a regular catalog unbelievably big and expensive.
Your example is kind of cute though!
