This is RE55, roul. 3 1/2. It currently catalogs at 45 cents used.



This is RE83, roul. 7. It currently catalogs at $100 used.



Based on these comparison images, which of these two stamps do you think is offered here (note that the right margin has been trimmed):

Looks like a 3.5 that has been played with at the left, possibly by using a steel rule.

The 3.5 versus 7 rouletting is frequently a problem with both ebay listings and in local bourses.

Two other things to look for are the year of the cancel (pre-1934 cancel is invariably the rouletted 3.5) and color where the yellowish cast is the later 1934 reissue of the series of 1916 and rouletted 7.

One of the problems with the yellowish cast is that stamps sometimes get toned and or faded and that can change their appearance. The stamp in question here appears toned.
