Nothing much seems to be happening with New Zealand these days so I though that I'd post this picture from my father's album. It seems to be a mixture of the 1935 and 1936 issues, so I'll need to spend time on watermarks and perforations.

NZ was one of the first countries I concentrated on when I resumed collecting. Need to go through all my 'earlies' and catalogue them properly, because I now have a nice Campbell-Paterson catalogue to work with in addition to the Stanley Gibbons.
I haven't touched the collection for a while except to add some more recent issues to the 'decimal' folder. My favourite NZ are the 'Smiling Boy' Health stamps of 1931.
Regards

Here are my copies of the Smiling Boys, with the rest of their album page, complete with C-P catalogue numbers. Glad I replied to this thread as it has reminded me to look for a better set of the 1931 airmail stamps!
Regards
DavidR
