Since I get new issues from various countries, if a collector was starting, and they collect mint stamps, they may want to try to subscribe to their new issue service. Then fill in the older issues when going to a stamp show or buying at auction.
Recently, I purchased kiloware on E-bay with Irish labels. The older ones I could soak off in water, but these I cannot soak off, or remove the gum like I can with my US stamps. Does anyone know how to remove gum from the recent Irish stamps and labels? I contacted the Irish post office but to no avail. Thanks.
