I actually ended buying that PF Seminar Series Textbook No.3. I give the article on the NYC postmarks fairly low marks because it leaves many cancels out and the years of use are not very accurate.
Winston, awesome pair. That would dominate an album page. Beautiful! I was looking at the PF Seminar No.3 on ebay. Guess I'll hold off buying it. The Chronicle articles answered my current questions.
