It had the lacquer varnish of a SC #87, but there's no listing for an Imperf version of this stamp on for #68 which has the same design. There's also no listing for it in South Russia, which was my next thought. Anyone have any ideas as where to look next?
I agree Scott #131, The only imperfs listed 68c, which has no watermark, the one you show appears to have a diamond pattern watermark. Issued by the Provisional All Russian Central Executive Committee, pre-Soviet government.
