In general, cell phone images are useless due to lens distortion. It does look like top and bottom edges are not eactly parallel but a hires scan is needed here. And please, no images where the background obfuscates the image. Use a neutral background, brown stamp on brown background is not exactly helpful.
nelsonong, It is relevant, since it is a 4 cent Grant stamp, however, there is no legitimate 4 cent coil perforated like you show. 314A will have Schermack III perforations (a pair of rectangular slots) on each side. What you show can ONLY be a trimmed copy of 303.
