That 4 cent has been trimmed, the edges are too sharp and the top shows what appear to be the remains of the perfs.

In general, cell phone images are useless due to lens distortion.
It does look like top and bottom edges are not eactly parallel but a hires scan is needed here.
And please, no images where the background obfuscates the image. Use a neutral background, brown stamp on brown background is not exactly helpful.

It is relevant, since it is a 4 cent Grant stamp, however, there is no legitimate 4 cent coil perforated like you show.
314A will have Schermack III perforations (a pair of rectangular slots) on each side.
What you show can ONLY be a trimmed copy of 303.
