I am thinking about purchasing this stamp.

It is Mint Light hinged but I am concerned about the perfs as they all appear to have been flattened or snipped.

Please may I have others opinions on this stamp.

I agree, they look weird. Have you tried looking this up on Delcampe or ebay?
I found several, and they all look the same.

All of the perfs for this 1915 engraved issue tend to look "clipped", that is somewhat flattened perf ends, in my opinion. I think you are good.

I'd second Jim's opinion.

Thanks to all who replied.

I did not win it so can't provide better scans.

It went for close to $100 US which was more than I was prepared to pay for a hinged one.

There will always be another.
