I have an A 89 design(Scott's) Seven Pence. Perfs are 14 1/2 x 14. Under those perfs, there is no 7p.
Stanley Gibbons design 107 lists p 15x14.
Where am I not looking properly?
Thanks in advance
Clay

How do the perfs compare with other stamps in the series? (Whenever I am in doubt of some perfs I always trying lining them up with other stamps...)

From memory, the 7d only occurs with p14, which is the standard perf for almost all printings of this series.

I'm with Geoff on this.

The 7d was a late arrival to the series, only appearing on 1910, near the end of De La Rue's run as the printers of this series. Those are perf 14.

If a KEVII stamp is 15x14, it was printed by Harrison (issued in October or November, 1911), and Harrison didn't print a 7d.

The 7d was also printed at Somerset House in 1912, and those were perf 14, too.

Can you post a scan? Maybe we can have an idea of what is going on.
