Hi Everone, Recently came across multiple examples of Coat of Arms stamps (1949) which I purchased from a garage sale items were in an old shoe box. Quite a nice find, however they had all been cancelled with ink from a pen which I suppose is sacrilege. How does this impact on their value? I think I know the answer already.
