I need your help again in identifying these stamps.. It looks like it belongs to the region of Iran / Afganistan..

They look like some sort of Charity Stamp.Famine relief?
A woman in the background and a child on the left,with what looks like
a soldier sitting below.The head cap looks ottoman..
Maybe someone can decipher the cancel location..

I guess its a cinderella

Whats written in Arabic is: "The Egyptian Association for the Care of Prisoners and Their Families"

The postmark isnt clear but the second line is "Financial inspection"

The 1 is definitely Arabic - that's all I know. I started searching on Stamp World but no luck so far

A Google search for "Egyptian Association for the Care of Prisoners and Their Families" uncovered a few hits mentioning the founder and the years of operation, 1953-1955. That's all.

I'd classify it as a private charity stamp.

A specialized Egypt catalog may have more information.
