WOW! Now that's a very low price for that book from its publisher. It's upsetting that I have already bought that book online before at a much higher price from the same dealer that the original poster bought the inverted seaway stamp from.
That deal is great for stamp collectors who don't have the book, but it's not so great for stamp collectors and dealers who paid more for it previously.
