looks a bit large for a single stamp :).
I always use Hawid mounts which don't have any ingredients which are bad for the stamp, but I think in America you also have other manufacturers.

Well, maybe globalstamps have them? You can also try www.subwaystamp.com. Both companies have toll free numbers
Thanks for giving them a name Floortrader.

Are those used for covers or large blocks of stamps? The first (black background) looks like a dealer display holder. The second could be a top load cover holder (sleeves). I would be wary of older plastic due to chemicals. You should contact a stamp dealer in Canada and talk to them. Good luck.

Safe makes plastic dealer approval cards that resemble what you have posted. Check their website at safepub.com

Your first picture is of a plastic stock card used by many dealers and tends to come in one size only. Safe is one manufacturer of these cards. A pack of 100 hundred cards typically costs $20 t0 $25.00.

The second picture is of a cover pouchette and these can come in several different sizes. The one you are holding is probably large enough to hold the black card, but not large enough for modern FDC's.

As you live in Canada I would look for a Canadian Stamp Supply dealer as shipping charges from the US will be prohibitive. Try looking on this web site for the Canadian Stamp Dealer's Association: http://www.csdaonline.com/

SUBWAY STAMP COMPANY lists them as APPROVAL CARDS ,I and many other old timers call them DEALER DISPLAY CARDS . They were found at stamp shows and bourses ,never remember them being used for approvals because they are heavy cardboard and expensive to be mailing out . Let me show what they are used for ,give me a few minutes .
