Pakistan Tourism July 20, 2006 Lake Dudi Pat Sar (elevation 3,800 m) is located in the extreme north of Kaghan Valley. The lake is surrounded by snow clad peaks in Lulusar-Dudipatsar National Park. Lake Payee (elevation 2,895 m) is situated in Kaghan Valley near Shogran in northern Pakistan. The stamp shows Lake Payee in the meadow with Makra Peak in the background.  |

Portugal The Tagus River February 26, 2018 Tagus Estuary Natural Reserve is the largest wetland in the country and one of the most important in Europe. It is a sanctuary for fish, mollusks, crustaceans, and especially to birds that stop-over on their migration between northern Europe and Africa. The stamp depicts a Pied avocet ( Recurvirostra avosetta) and a view of migratory birds in the background.  |

Bolivia Tourism September 27, 2005 Laguna Blanca is a salt lake in an endorheic basin in the Eduardo Avaroa Nature Reserve in southern Bolivia. The lake is at an elevation of 4350 meters and is home to Andean fauna such as James's Flamingo ( Phoenicoparrus jamesi) shown in the stamp.  |

Spain UPAEP - Ecosystem Protection October 11, 1995 La Mancha Biosphere Reserve is a flat area in central Spain, with wheat fields and vineyard of dry land dotted by lagoons and other water points, authentic oases for plants and birds. The stamp depicts Red-crested Pochard ( Netta rufina) and Mallard ( Anas platyrhynchos) on a background of the Lagoon of La Mancha.  |

Liechtenstein Nature Reserves - Hälos June 4, 2018 Hälos in Triesen is a valuable wetland with open water areas, many different forms of pond edges and semi-natural forests. The area is an important resting place for the grey heron and a brooding place and habitat for many other bird species. It has again served as a home to beavers since 2012.  |

Armenia Armenian Landscapes May 24, 1993 Lake Sevan is the largest body of water in the Caucasus region and one of the largest freshwater alpine lakes in Eurasia. It has significant economic, cultural, and recreational value for the Armenians. The stamp depicts the lake and a peninsula with the Sevanavank Monastery dating to the 9th century.  |

South Africa World Heritage Sites September 22, 2000 The Greater St Lucia Wetlands Park is a large protected area along the coast of KwaZulu-Natal Province. Fluvial, marine and aeolian processes in this area have produced a variety of landforms, including coral reefs, long sandy beaches, coastal dunes, lake systems, swamps, and extensive reed and papyrus wetlands. The vast Lake St. Lucia is home to large numbers of hippos, crocodiles, pelicans and flamingos.  |

Brazil Pantanal November 20, 2001 Pantanal is a natural region encompassing the world's largest tropical wetland area. It is located mostly within the Brazilian state of Mato Grosso do Sul, but extends into Bolivia and Paraguay. The booklet pane contains 10 stamps depicting Yacare Caiman ( Caiman yacare), American Darter ( Anhinga anhinga), Cocoi Heron ( Ardea cocoi), Milky Stork ( Mycteria cinerea), Barred Catfish ( Pseudoplatystoma fasciatum), Piauçu ( Leporinus macrocephalus), Capybara ( Hydrochaeris hydrochaeris), South American Coati ( Nasua nasua) and Great Egret ( Casmerodius albus), Common Water Hyacinth ( Eichhornia crassipes), Purple Gallinule ( Porphyrula martinica).  |
