JonEBoy - That's a classic all right, designed and engraved by French artist and engraver Pierre Gandon (1899-1990). Singapore 13 August 2013 City in a Garden issue with 4 stamps. Every stamp has 1 or 2 birds in it. Birds featured include the collared kingfisher, the crimson sunbird, the oriental pied hornbill, the magpie robin, and the baya weaver.  |
