Neither the stamps nor the scanner are within 100 miles of me. Previously scanned pages.

chipg. Nice pages and stamps. I have SG albums with one space for each basic stamp. My aim is to fill it with fine used. A difficult task for the early stamps.

Here is one that will be offered in the next Eastern Public Auction in June. Mint OG Lightly Hinged. VGG Certificate. If you like Early Canada: Pence, First Cents and Large Queen issues, the June Sale will have some Unbelievable High Quality items.

One more from the First Decimal Issue - 10c Consort Strip of Four. The left stamp is pp61: the Double Epaulettes Misplaced Entry (Scott 17v).

Wow what a treat, jimjung. Are you putting this at Eastern Auctions too ? I could not find that June Auction...do you have a special link. Gary Lyon, from Bathurst, N.B. owns the outfit. He bought a "Seaway Inverted" from me a while ago, when you could make a profit !

Renden, Please be patient. Yes, this strip will be offered in the June Sale, however, the Catalog is still being put together. We have just written the Lot descriptions. Please contact Eastern Auctions and ask them to send you the catalog when it is completed or check their website. Email me and I will send you the Lot Descriptions of my Lots. Of course there will be Lots from a couple of other collectors. But I know I have 68 lots and each one is a treasure. My Lots are all from Scott 1-33.

The Pence and Large Queens are actually quite nice, and even though they are Rare, they are in VF-XF condition.

Here is a very nice and rare cover with the Rare franking of 2 x 2c + 1c stamps (1 of 12 known) and the 1c stamp has the very scarce Misplaced Entry (Position 28) listed as Unitrade 14xi.

Gilles, No, I don't. I would think you are better to plate this than me. I only know the obvious positions for this stamp.

btw - There will also be a copy of pp100 that shows two lines from the frameline Re-entry at the upper left corner with four margins. This stamp proves that the stronger extra line is actually the doubling of the Inner Frame line.

Jimjung,
looking at it more closely, it has some of the characteristics of position 69. A faint week transfer in upper tight, right of stg., the position dot in the left oval, consistent with pos 69.
I'll definitely will be looking to the Eastern auction site when it is available.
If you ever hear of a position 7 (Burr over shoulder) becoming avail., let me know, as I might be interested.

I do have a copy but it was not chosen for the sale. Here is my copy.

I know the flaw only appeared for a short time during the printing.

If there is some interest I would like to post copies of the Pence and Large Queen Lots also but don't want to break rules of the board. Quite busy now but will check back this weekend.

Here is a nice hard to find in large multiples. I plated this beauty to be 52,53,54,62,63 and 64 position. It is slate blue, perf 11.8 by 11.8, from the 1861 printing. The key to positions is the weak transfer on position 63, near bottom frame and the guide dot left of the ear. Origin from the Dr L Redford collection, 1950. c
