I've been working on identifying the shade of the first stamp and noticed the color of the paper. Is it normal to be that white or do you believe it's fake?

Stamp on the right looks very faded, and could've been treated with hydrogen peroxide. The shades of the 3c 1861 are literally impossible with faded stamps.

Sorry
