Nearly every revenue is either an outright fake or is catalog misidentified or is misidentified as being scarce and valuable. Probably just another cartel group listing.

Here is a imprint multiple of the ABN 199. Problem is the imprint is Continental.

Continental Bank Note Company plate 31 was the only plate used to print Scott 189, the American Bank Note Company printing on soft paper. The Scott US Specialized catalog and Durland do not list plate numbers for the special printing. If the block pictured exists, it would be from the same plate.
