I need to evaluate the salability of my Yugoslavia collection. Are there any Yugoslavia experts postal stamps, that can provide me some guidance on overall value and best selling price range. I have uploaded a ZIP file to my web server, the file contains 32 'JPG' scanned images. The file is 5 MB in size. The download link is as follows: http://ic.ims.hr/myst.zipThere are scanned images of a limited size of 200 kB (image width of about 800 pixels). If needed, I will scan a higher resolution (image width of about 1600 pixels). But then the ZIP file size will be bigger. In this topic I upload a few scanned images as an example. I had to limit the images to 200 kB. I hope someone will help me. Thanks in advance.

I can't speak for elsewhere, but my sense is that the UK market for Yugoslavia and related areas is slow and that prices are relatively low. I have my Yugoslavian collection, which contains, among other things, a near-full run of 1945-60 UM and most of the Crotaian wartime issues, including some of the scarcer, with an auction house at the moment. I'll be lucky to get £200. |

Most all of the stamps appear to be very common. If you really want to sell them try putting on ebay in groups of 1 to 5 pages at a time. |

It would probably also be worth separating UM from M from used, so that the buyers could see what they were getting. |

You're in an ex-Jugoslavian country. You should have access to catalogs and you should be the one to point which stamps are rare and valuable. Anyway, best stamp prices are normally achieved within the country of origin, as it's where there are the most collectors interested on those stamps. In your case, ex-Jugoslavian countries plus the overseas migration and thematics. Outside these, I guess there shouldn't be a great demand of Jugoslavian stamps. But, if you still want to try to sell them, I would get a catalog, and display somewhere, properly. |

There's some good material here, with a high CV, but, as Cursus says, you're going to have to put in the work to value it and price it. As with most post-war stamps from most countries, there is demand, but there is also a very extensive supply, which keeps prices to a small percentage of CV. |
