I was trying to add US 903-908 and somehow added almost the full series of US stamps. Is there a way to undo my last action. I logged off before it completed the task.

You cannot undo anything. The only option is delete. If you added say 3000 entries you can try to look for a unique characteristic then sort and then delete in one action. For example, you can sort by add date.

You can configure StampManage to 'auto-backup' every time it runs (it will create a backup when you close the app). It is configured under 'Preferences' as shown here

Of course this will generate a lot of backup files so you should periodically delete the oldest ones you do not want.
