I bought a huge lot of stamps that has a lot of vending Washington's...... Scott specialized catalog references "issues of" (1910;1912,etc.)...... am I correct that I am looking for the imperforate versions of these issues? Thanks in advance for any assistance

So when Scott says ""on issue of 1910" .......I'm looking for the imperf issue of 1910, correct?

No, you are looking for the private perforations, just as in the picture you are showing.
If you are looking for an imperforate stamp you should look under the original stamp listing in the catalog.
