I have a RB18c also with an Osgood CDS. So that doesn't bother me. But when you compare the right and left sides they do.

The cancel is amuch too late for a genuine roulette, I have seen correspondence in the National Archives about the objection to the roulettes by several of the companies that used private die proprietary stamps. That was an important factor in returning to perforated stamps.
