Yes, they do have value, but don't start planning on retiring early or even buying something expensive. They appear to be the sort of thing that typically sells on ebay in the $2 to $5 range, though you might get lucky on one or two of them going for a bit more.

The problem with these last three, and to some extent the first ones you posted is their condition is terrible. Condition really does count for a lot on covers just as it does with stamps. The first two in this latest group are the sort of thing you might find in a dealers "25 cent box" and that would not likely find any buyers for even that price. The third one might have been in the couple of dollars range because of the seapost cancel but it too seems to be in pretty bad condition which eliminates most of its already minimal value.

In my eyes the Japanese Seapost cover is great!! Lovely combination of Jap stamps, clear US Seapost cancel and topped off with a postage due mark. I think the condition is perfect for postal history, bearing witness that it was doing a job, passing through several mail bags during the passage.

The Railway mail service cancel (RMS)is nice on the japanese stamps..
It could be worth something more for a specialized collector.

My thought on the Japanese seapost cover's condition is mainly due to its having apparently been cut down from its original size, likely to trim off ragged and torn edges. When you look at the grid paper behind the cover you can see that the sides are not parallel.

Regarding the Japan seapost cover, it's value also depends upon whether it is still a cover, or is a cover front, which may have been considerably reduced. Still, a useful cover or cover front.
