I can use some assistance translating the attached 1943 postmark from Germany.
The outlined letters at the bottom (Kartoffelkafer) translate as 'Potato Beetle', which is the insect in the postmark. I believe, but am not sure, that the top word is 'Dampf', which can translate as 'mist or smoke'. The word in the middle is beyond my ability to read. I suspect the postmark is part of a campaign against the potato beetle.
