Wrong Printing Methods Mentioned In Catalogues - Even In Specialized Ones!

Catalogues do have problems in mentioning the right printing method for certain stamps.

The first stamps I encountered some 50 years ago was the 1956 Rembrandt issue of the Netherlands. The NVPH Specialized Catalogue wrote "photogravure"!

It turned out the stamps were printed in recess BUT not engraved! Etched with a fine screen all-over!
