It seems that many of the titles here are of the "clickbait" style. They are vague and lack description of the subject of discussion.
It's a problem wider than the Canadian forum, but the one I occasionally read.
As a reader, it is irritating to open a thread titled "Weird (cover/cancel/markings etc)... What is this" only to find the writer is really saying "Look what I found" and seeking a discussion.
Any useful information in a vaguely-titled thread is likely unfindable once interest from readers declines.
Perhaps a moderator could briefly explain here the need for good titles, or provide a link that explains why, or you may delete my post if you wish. But thanks for reading my rant.
Wert, my suggestion is meant to be general though your titles definitely qualify as vague.
The "clickbait" approach intrigues the reader, you will get readers who "take the bait", but good luck finding the thread on a search engine two months from now. Please verify this by trying to Google an old topic.
I'm all for discussion, where in my OP did I suggest anyone's motives for posting?
I'm glad to see you keep the forum alive with your posts, many like me quietly appreciate it.
Robert, I was going to mention something this morning when you posted a thing called "Never seen this before". Title did not make a lick of sense especially since you were referring to a Canada Scott 275 re-entry. Why not say "Never seen a Scott 275 re-entry before" ? Just trying to help,
