Neither one.
You have an offset printing, on which double/stuttered impressions are fairly common due to the printing method
The choices are:
529 - Type III or 530 - Type IV

General question: Over the past few weeks you have asked numerous questions about stamp ID's. It would help us to answer your questions if we knew a little more about what catalogs/websites you are using to attempt to ID your stamps. Do you have a Scott US Soecialized, etc?

I was using the right information, I just screwed up. I assumed that both the "rotary" and "offset" would NOT match the "flat" size. Big mistake, got all excited.

I'm using "Col...t", S.C., Swedish Tiger.

Yes, I post a lot. For the most part - when I don't screw up, I just want verification.

You've edited the title and the first post so now my reply above about Scott numbers and printing method makes no sense to the thread. I would be far better to leave previous posts alone regardless of errors once they have been replied to ... just saying.

Otherwise, it would be good to invest in a Scott US Specialized catalog - don't skimp on the printed literature. Get one a few years old. They are not expensive. It contains a very good identifier for the definitive taking you from denomination, to perf rate, to watermark, so there is seldom any need to measure the size of the image.

Yes, I edited the subject and text. I felt it was quite necessary due to my negligence and misinformation. Sorry it makes the responses sound unrelated.
