Hi Everybody! I think it is 1850-1857 Franklin 1 cent stamp, can you help me identify its type and... value? Thanks a lot.

Looks like a type V, a #24.

Thanks revcollector. I did some homework before posting, I am not sure it is type III or V. Why they made this one so complicated?

The problem with using the standard catalog descriptions for this stamp design is exactly what you encountered: both Type III and Type V have "both frame lines broken." This is Type V, Scott #24. The side ornaments are incomplete--this feature trumps the broken frame lines (Type III has complete side ornaments).
