It must be the late Summer heat. This one is a real jewel. It gets funnier the more you think about it.
Someone needs to report him. He is trying to save listing fees for the stamps he is 'previewing'. And I'd bet he thinks he's being very clever and original. I'd consider this a violation of their rules and
ebay would too.
I think I'll message him and make offers on the ones for future listings. I can pay him in the future. He shouldn't mind.
