I questioned what an "imprint" was and why the seller was asking $18 when Scott lists it for $2. He said that, "If you look on the left side you will see a partial imprint from the plate number/imprint strip - thats why it goes for this price."
It's a "margin imprint capture" (the margin imprint is captured within the perforations) but usually requires more of the imprint showing to justify a premium. Were it a fuller capture, it might be worth the asking price to the right buyer.
