Measure the stamp perforations with that gauge. And maybe show us a scan of the back of the stamp. |

On the first link that Don posted are detailed instructions on how to tell if you have the !!44th!! copy of the very very rare 613. He seems to be a believer in the teach a person to fish philosophy.

Rachel - you need precisely to line up the perforations of the stamp with the circles or lines on the gauge. From what I can tell from your images, you have gauge lines running into different points of the perforations or their teeth. |

Your stamp is 11 x 11 has shown in these images (I digitally altered them to align the perfs to the gauge).   You cannot 'measure' the design using the paper gauge and in fact trying to measure the stamp design is not a definitive way to determine if this stamp is a #610 (flat plate) or #613 (rotary).
