Fast Mail a train which consists exclusively of mail cars. The first one operated between New York and Chicago.

Google had this, but led to dead end.

Could be Chi & Mpls R.P.O., but I haven't seen one with "fast mail". Wonder how that fast mail train got all the way to London?

Hurry up and get this to New York to get it on a slow ship to England.

Is there an arrival postmark on the back or an originating address?
