I'm calling this a Souvenir sheet, but not quite sure. I don't see it listed in Scott's, but they are numbered. Any ideas?

Note numbering scheme and quantity in the auction listing which implies numbering only goes up to 20000. In "No." on what's photo'd there, there is a dot under the "o" and here we have a dash instead. The typeface is different for "No." and the control numbers also. So these are reprints, I believe, and fairly common.

Yes, I am sure they are reprints and of little value. But into the collection they go. Thanks for the research everyone.
