Here is an interesting wrapper to add to my collection.
This is the info I found on it:
The white paper wrappers were first delivered in August of 1874, and last prior to October 1, 1880. 100,614 were printed on silk paper and 60,105 on watermarked paper. This one is on watermarked paper.
Why is the Scott number (RS44) is lower than RS245 when it was made before?
I have noticed a lot of issues that have the later issues with much lower Scott numbers like RS141 and RS49.
