Lincoln 3c With Inr Perf - You've Seen This?

The stamp itself is pretty well junk but this has what I think you call perf (let me know) INR. I have other stamps with these kinds of holes in them. Have you seen this and are these kinds of perf things sought out?
Do you know what INR means?

They are known as perfins (perforated initials) and yes many people collect them, but most likely not in the poor condition that your stamp is in. Others on this website will be able to tell you what company or organization INR refers to.

Welcome to the wonderful wide world of Perfins!
The letters are probably the initials of a company. Many countries have them.
