Hi.

I found this on an old Netherlands stamp. Looks too big to be an overprint (the wording doesn't fit on an individual stamp), but too precisely applied to be a cancellation. Does anyone know what it is?

Not an overprint but part of a postmark.

it warns to not send money in unregistered covers.

I do not have the same postmark to show, but a simular type.
