I Need Help How Indentify? "Die Cutting Reversed" Uc4 Skymaster Uc16 Letter Sheet

I posted 2 pic maybe normal compared to maybe die cutting reversed? How can indentify die cutting reversed on uc16 uc16a uc16c or uc16d?

In order to see if the die cutting is reversed you need to see the complete envelope. With a reversed die cutting the flap would be upside down on the back side

Only the location of the top flap in relation to the main printing can show normal or reverse die cut. The overlay (the white letters on bluish background) occurs in 5 different orientations on UC16, 6 on UC16a, 4 on UC16c, and only 2 on UC16d. More detailed information is available in the UPSS 20th century catalog.
