I got these in a lot I picked up on ebay from a long time collector who is selling off his personal collection. These were listed as double impression but I'm not so sure. Can anyone help?

Hi

Those aren't double impressions, sorry.

They were printed by the offset process from plates that were deeply etched.

As a result, many copies have excess ink around the design's lines, causing them to only appear doubled.

They are common stamps I'm afraid.

Jim

Thanks, James. I assumed they were not double impressions.

Thanks, Dan. I tried checking Eric's site to see if he had any I could compare to before posting; I guess I didn't look at the 10c stamp.
