Hi guys
Was looking at these 2 cards that were printed for 40 and 42 cents.
Why didn't Canada Post just use the same background and just change the monetary value..Know what I mean..?
A waste of an additional plate.

It sounds like you are trying to reinvent the keyplate that was used by De La Rue to print all of those British Colony stamps from 1890 until about 1950.
