Richar, sometimes we have to take the lessons we are taught and learn from them. I was interested in knowing if there were many on cover out there in support of the claim, but as Don stated, quantity unknown. Anyway, keep hunting for those treasures and surely someday, at least one will come along.

Anyway, you state that you do not have a catalogue. I do have an older paperback one of US, a bit outdated but in good condition and if you email me your address I will put it in the mail to you for free, postage paid. A bit more dependable than some info found on some other sites online.

Call me crazy but if somebody is selling stamps and covers on ebay priced at $800 and even $3500 they can invest in some catalogs. Heck, buy an old Scott off ebay.
