What is recommended for Scandinavian Postal Stationery Catalogues?
Postal cards and envelopes for Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Aland, Faroe Islands, Greenland and Iceland.

I would check jay Smith's website, http://www.jaysmith.com, it has a literature section. I have a Facit book on Swedish postal history which covers stationery I'm fairly sure...not in front of me though. I am pretty sure there is no all encompassing one.

If you don't mind older books, Higgins & Gage WW covers Scandinavia up to around 1960ish. Michel Europe West catalogs cover the region up to 2009-10. If you need detail listings, I do not know, perhaps the previous two comments help on that matter.
