Any information please, the paper is not as thick or hard as old post cards but it not normal stamp like paper. This looks really old.

Well it is really old. An early Hungarian stamp - from early 1870's. Either a mutilated stamp with perfs cut off, or more likely, a cutout from a piece of postal stationery...
